I've spent 20 years in tech, from network engineering and support to application delivery, most recently inside a 90,000-person global enterprise.
I don't advise from a deck. I work inside your Jira instance and build the workflows, automation flows and reporting your team runs and owns.
AgileTactix is my independent consultancy, and it does one thing: make Jira status reporting something program and portfolio leaders can actually trust.
Why flow and automation actually matter
Before I built delivery systems, I ran incident management. Severity 1 and Severity 2 outages. All-night bridge calls with exhausted engineers. Root cause analysis the next morning on three hours of sleep. Weekdays and weekends.
That work changed how I see delivery for good. Flow is not a philosophy. Flow is what keeps a release from turning into a 2am page. So when I build automation flows that catch stalled work before it blocks a release, I am building something I have felt the cost of. A process that only lives in a slide deck does not hold at 2am. A process built into Jira does.
What I actually build
At a Fortune 500 bank, I ran the process layer for a twelve-team agile release train, more than 80 people on one program. Every team moved onto a shared workflow and field schema. Risk and status rolled up from Jira into Jira Align, and leadership got one program view it could trust. At the same bank, I built the Jira dashboards for a vulnerability automation program, and our team won a 2021 tech excellence award for it.
Today, inside a 90,000-person global enterprise, I have automation flows running in production. I built workflows with control validations that keep ticket comments and context current, so an AI agent layer can report real delivery status, risk and forecast.
I don't hand over recommendations and call it done. I build them. What I build keeps running whether I am in the room or not, and your team owns a system they understand.

That means when I tell you what's broken, and when I tell you it's fixed, nothing else is riding on either answer. And when the fix is worth doing, I'm the one who builds it, not a firm that hands you off to whoever's on the bench that month.
